Q. I am unhappy with my purchase. How do I return it?

A. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase but we understand sometimes things just aren’t what you expected. If you would like to return any unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt please contact us at info@TreasuredTrinket.com and we will provide return shipping instructions. All emails are answered within 24 hrs.

 

Q. Are all of your designs handmade?

A. Most but not all items are handmade unless they are listed under “vintage.” Our goal here at TT is to connect talented designers with inspired customers. Handmade designs are not always perfect and should be thought of as a work of art. Know that when you buy from a TT designer you are supporting a real person out in the world who is following their passion for creating.
